Day 12 of CJC

Today's pick was one I was really looking forward to. Impronta D'Amore by Alessandra Adelaide (AAN) I've nicknamed this one Paw Print. I'm stitching it over 1 on 28ct sage evenweave. I'm using 3371 and 815. We had a busy day today so here is my progress...
We started school back up today and it went fantastic. We did 2 of our new books even and we loved them. After school I cleaned out the guinea pig cage and then mom's new Dish DVR box was delivered. We have bad luck when it comes to our DVRs blowing up (not really they just stop working haha) which I guess it's surprising with how much we use them haha. Anyway I got it all hooked up and running. Hopefully this one lasts awhile. So time just ticked away today. But progress is progress. I look forward to picking this one back up.

I admire you so much for home schooling. It seems to be quite a big thing in America. I couldn't school either of my children - no patience and massive personality clashes where schoolwork is concerned, especially with my son!
Love the Paw Print design, and the patience for stitching 1 over 1 on 28ct! :)

That's so pretty! Lovely colours. I haven't seen any of her designs before.
I'm with Rachel on the home schooling. Just getting homework done at the weekend is enough for me!

Unfortunately public school just wasn't working for Jeremiah. It was the only option. We both appreciate it so much we work hard at it.

Thank you. I love the look of over 1.

Oh wow! You are the first person I've ever seen stitching an AA design! I love her swirly patterns so it will be fun to watch this one grow.

It's a lovely and different kind of pattern.

This one is SO you! Love AA designs--but they are bigger than I like... so I would have to do like you, on lugana 25 or 28. Not my fave right now... I am still contemplating switching from cable to Dish for the tv... my daughter did, so I am waiting a few months to see how hers goes in NC... close enough to compare. Hugs!
