So close...

If you look down two posts you will see my Fright Night Friends progress. I was ready for the last page. Well last week Monday through Wednesday I got a lot more done. Then I decided to give up on the SAL and just finish it. I couldn't put it down so close to being done. Here is my progress as of last night...
Kind of hard to see what is left so here is a close up...
So close!!! The N and two more little candies. Listen closely for the screams maybe even later tonight.

Saturday we had a very busy day. We have had a fake Christmas tree for several years. Probably since Jeremiah was 2. When I received my Grandparents tree when they moved it was very special to put up each year. This year we decided to do something different though. We decided to go to a local tree farm and get a real tree. Saturday it was horrible cold so we covered up and loaded up to head to the farm. They had this little train you could ride on around the different lots. We walked a little bit and found our perfect fit. Fred even got to cut it down himself. How cool. We all went out for breakfast together and headed home to put it up. What a beautiful wonderful thing. Here is Jeremiah and me with our tree...
Don't ya just love my ugly sweater t-shirt?!?! haha. The smell is wonderful. We just love it. Then I was finally getting ready to sit down and I noticed my hubby was sitting on the floor with papers everywhere. We've been wanting to take down this one cabinet thing we had and replace it for Jeremiah to use a better game holder type shelf. Since he's totally spoiled he had more games then his little game cabinet could hold anymore. So I guessed hubby was starting that process. So I got busy and we got it all taken care of. Wow what a difference. We should have done that a long time ago but oh well it's done now. Jeremiah's games all have a home now. So it was 6pm before I really got to sit down! But I got a lot done that needed done.

Sunday I promised my couch I wouldn't leave it. I'm a good person and I just had to not let it feel alone again haha. So I sat and stitched and stitched and stitched. Plus we watched a WHOLE bunch of things off the DVR. Poor thing might not blow up anymore haha. So after a crazy busy day it was a totally lazy day. What a great weekend.

Now it's that countdown to Christmas time. We looked at the calendar and planned the next two weeks worth of here's what we are doing when. Wow....Time will just fly by. I can't wait!!!
