Mom has caught a head cold. So for her it was a long travel day. We also had to drive around Charlotte which is a pretty busy city. But we arrived safe and sound. We have two more travel days and we will be home.

Day #20
I was going to post about the exchanges that I participated in at the PALs Retreat and realized I forgot to take photos of a few of them before I packed them up. So that will have to wait till after I get home. So instead I will just show ya where we got today...
We had decided to add another day onto our stay at Myrtle Beach. So I called to change our hotels we had booked on the way home. We were staying in Statesville, NC which is about 15 minutes away from here I think. They told me they were booked so I moved our stay to this hotel instead. Since we stay at Holiday Inn all the time we had built up enough points to get a free stay. So the lady on the phone said Do you want to use your points? Well sure. So we are glad the other hotel ended up booked. I always forget to ask about using the points we have saved up.

Awesome! Free hotels are always fun! We got one once for 18 cents a night. There was a glitch in the system and hubby sure found it!
You sound like you had a great time at the Pals retreat. Poor Mum. Hope she had a good night's sleep in your free room! Safe driving tomorrow.
