Jeremiah picked another of the Snow Grateful sled pieces today. Here is a reminder of what they look like...
Snow Grateful from Foxwood Crossings. I started and finish the middle one on Day 4. Today I started and finished this one...
He took off his hat and filled it with birdseed for the cute little cardinal. We get cardinals all the time here. We love watching the birds. We had a bit of bird related excitement yesterday morning. A small hawk landed right outside the window Jeremiah was sitting by and had breakfast with Jeremiah. Unfortunately it was a little sparrow that had been eating at my bird feeder so I felt a little bad. It was really a neat experience though for Jeremiah since he could see every feather he was so close. Guess it is the circle of life.
Tomorrow's piece is another one I couldn't wait to have picked. I love the fabric and the pattern. Have I teased you enough?? Only 8 new starts left.

Another cutie! And you've finished it too! Congratulations :)
Wish we had those cardinal birds to look at. Amazing to see red birds!
A sweet finish,I love the set.
I wish we had Cardinals here too,the red of their feathers is beautiful.
It must have been an amazing sight for you all. The sled looks lovely. Such intrigue for the next start!
I love these little sled stitches! Yours turned out beautifully!
I love those little sleds!! Cute finish!!
Now I know what it feels like to be teased - horrible!!! I love your little sled. Congratulations on another finish. Sad bird story, although you're right about the circle of life. :)
Another finish! Great! Sad about the sparrow too, but it is the way nature goes. Hugs!
Only 8 more starts? What am I going to read in February?!
Another cutie - started and finished. You made some great choices this year.
Aww this one is cute the snowman looks so serious lol like its his great responsibility to keep the birdies fed :). That's cool about the hawk but sad about the sparrow
These are such cute patterns - well done on the finish.
Hawks are magnificent, but sad that he got one of the sparrows. Incredible experience though.
Great finish!!
Cute finish !!
Nice design, what a sweet snowman feeding his little bird friend. Until I started reading US blogs I hadn't realised that cardinals were real! I thought they were just cute red birds like the blue ones you see on charts.
Amazing real life wildlife experience for Jeremiah. Country life can be ruthless at times.
Love these little sleds, great finish.
So beautiful, Katie. I love all three snowmen but this one with the cardinal is my favorite. I love cardinals but they do not exist here. So I have to rely on the stitched ones, lol.
Well done on another new start and finish! :)
