Started for DUCJC 2016 Day 27
Finished after 4 Days of Work
Stitched on 40ct gauze
Using DMC threads. 1 thread tent stitch.
Wohoo another DUCJC finish. This makes 8 out of my 31 starts. My 10th finish for the year. Love this TINY little piece. The details are crazy cute. It's also really hard to photograph something so teeny haha.

We had a very nice lazy weekend. Looking at our calendar filling in starting in April we better enjoy it while we have it and we sure did. I think I finally got fully rid of my flu bug I was holding onto so well haha. Luckily I was the only one in our house that caught it so I'm really thankful for that. I got our anniversary trip all setup for June. Fred and me will be together for 15 years. I can't believe it. He's taking a week off work and we are heading to Outerbanks, NC. Mom always loved it and I fell in love with the area when I visited. I can't wait to show Fred an area he's never been to. We have so many fun filled things to look forward to already on our calendar. So thankful!

So cute! And such tiny delicate stitching! Lovely work.
Such tiny stitches! Can I ask how you worked with it in terms of frames? I've heard you can't use qsnaps and have to use scroll frames, but I much prefer qsnaps.
That is a tiny, tiny piece! It's adorable - I so admire that you could stitch something that small! Happy early anniversary!
Gorgeous finish and so glad to hear you're feeling better. You still have my undying admiration for stitching these.
Congrats on the adorable finish Katie.

Lovely finish!! Well done on so many tiny stitches! A week's trip on anniversary sounds great:)
What an absolutely gorgeous and tiny finish! It really is pretty and shouldn't be too difficult to find a home for. We all know how you like your holidays so good luck in planning another adventurous trip! :)
Katie, this is a gorgeous little finish. And although it's so tiny there are so many details in this design. So lovely.
Good to hear that you are feeling a lot better by now.

I can't believe how tiny this is and so detailed! Such a beautiful finish. Happy anniversary - a trip sounds like the perfect way to celebrate!
You amaze me with the finishes you get done! And this one on 40-count gauze... should count as more than one!! ha! Thanks for sharing as always!
Katie, this is fabulous! WOW! I have never attempted working on 40-count. You did an amazing job of it. Thank you for adding the ruler in your photo. Just wow. It is soooo sweet and soooo tiny. Beautiful work!
I love your silk gauze work, it's so tiny and perfect! The ruler really shows the tiny scale.
