We're off on the road again. Today we went pretty much straight north. You can see home (Fort Wayne) in the lower middle of the map. It took us 5 hours. Unfortunately it was rainy a lot of our trip. But we arrived safe. Here is the bridge to go over to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan...
Isn't it beautiful?!? We will drive over it tomorrow. The purpose of this vacation is to hunt lighthouses. It's a very laid back trip just a do what you want to do type. No schedule. Sometimes those are really nice. Wonder what we'll do tomorrow.

That was a long start to your trip! To put it in perspective, a little over 5 hours could pretty much get you from the south to the north of England! Happy lighthouse hunting. :)
We were doing the same trip a couple of years ago. Driving over that bridge is a fantastic experience.
Vacations without schedules and definite plans can be the best. You're off to a good start.
