Still here. Here in Indiana we have closed all schools till May 1st now. Restaurants have to be carry out or drive through only. Some businesses are being shut down. My husband's work is still going for now. They work on the refrigerated units that go on semi's to make them be able to transport things that need to be a certain temperature. Don't know if they would really close or would be considered essential for helping with transportation of supplies. We'll see in the coming weeks. I even heard Vegas is pretty much closed. Crazy!! I'm sure our trip will have to be moved to a different time. Not canceling just yet....in case. Jeremiah is trying not to worry. He's not doing a very good job. Mom is doing okay. Really confused by everything going on rightfully so. Everything is changing so fast it's hard to keep track of.
Groceries: Tuesday was just amazing. We were in the Carolina's for Hurricane Matthew and honestly the stores here were worse than that. Here are the toilet paper shelves which are huge along the back wall on our Walmart...
Yep not one roll. Just amazing. No potatoes, butter, flour, canned vegetables, no fresh meat and so many other things. I even video called Mom and Jeremiah so they could walk through the store with me virtually and see. I did manage to get some things but sure had to change our planned menu because of things I couldn't find. We stopped at two stores even! We are planning to go back out and hopefully find some more things Saturday. Just can't wrap my head around this whole thing.
Onto a better note. I finally got to stitching again on something I can share...
Tuesday I got a little bit of a start on the March Fairy before grocery shopping. Yesterday I got a bit more done. Here it is now...
Fabric is 32ct Lambswool Evenweave. Threads are suggested DMC.
Stay strong. Stay happy somehow. Stay healthy. Love you all!

My daughter went to four stores Tuesday night and still didn't get everything on our lists. She went out again last night and was able to get the rest and fill up our water bottles. That's the thing I miss most--not being able to go grocery shopping on my own. I'm having to get used to different brands, etc.
Your April fairy is looking good!
We've had panic buying here in the UK, it's awful as it means not everyone can get supplies and people cannot keep going to the supermarkets as we're supposed to be social distancing. Hubby did a last shop yesterday for milk and bread as with my health we're on self isolation, take care x
Our shops are the same here and schools closed till further notice, tonight all bars and restaurants closed too.
We are ok, plenty of food, my son dropped off a food parcel for us last night and left it outside for us.
I'm only been going to our local grocery store since I'm trying to limit being everywhere, but they seem to constantly be out of tp, wipes, and eggs. Some of the other stuff is limited, but still enough. Plenty of produce, which is a good thing since I'm trying to go plant based at the moment! Hang in there.
Your March Fairy is adorable. She will be handy for the next time the Easter Blog Hop is in March.
The stores are crazy and the people are greedy! Why people are in a panic over TP is beyond me I just wish they would think of others while they are putting 10 packs in their cart! The March Fairy is coming along great!
It is so crazy how the stores have been wiped out - people here have been buying extra freezers to store all the extra food they are buying, and our supermarkets are now limiting what you can buy. Husband and I are just sticking to buying what we need. Hope you are all keeping well x
Panic buying started here at about the same time we were due to do our regular monthly big shop, so we were careful and only bought what we needed rather than stocking up as usual.
Good to see the March fairy started. I hope you're enjoying stitching for pleasure after having the wind blown out of your sails following working hard on your now cancelled retreat pieces. :)
