February Turtle Trot

It's the 10th which means Turtle Trot time!!! These adorable turtles are checking on my progress. I worked on 8 of my Turtle Trot picks. I finished one even. I also added a new one to the list. So let's see my progress...

6. Hug the Dog by Stitching Bear
I started and finished this piece. Here is the finished picture...
It was such a fun quick stitch. I'm replacing this empty spot with Let's go to the Beach by Imaginating. Here is my starting picture for the record...
I started this in 2013. Hopefully I'll finish it now that it's on my TT list.

7. Pirate Ship by Bothy Threads
I received the pattern from a friend and just had to start it. Then I fell in love. Now in order to progress on my other pieces I'm making myself work on this one a week then trade and work on others for a week. Here is where I got during this time...
I worked on it for 10 days in this picture.

8. Seasonal Fairies by Joan Elliott No progress on these.

9. Seasonal Word Pieces by Cricket Collection
I worked on Winter. Here is where I was on that one...

10. Snow Drifters Leaflet 2 Pieces by Stoney Creek
Worked on the one called Have a Ball. Before pic...
After...
So there you have it. I love looking at the pictures cause it shows I've been getting alot done. Sometimes these pieces seem to crawl and never get finished. Looking at these pictures it's impossible to argue they haven't changed. I wonder what the pictures will look like in the next Turtle Trot check in. I'll just keep trotting along and find out.

  11. Katie girl! You are ONE phenomenal stitcher! Everything looks magnificent. Your progress has been wonderful, to say the least. I wish I could discipline myself to do this, but I just can't.......too many things get in my way. Keep up the great stitching.
