Feb Whimsy Update and I won!

I figured I would stop in with an update on the Feb Year of Whimsy. Slowly but surely I'm making progress. I just had to get the little kitty face put in so he could smile at me.

I've been a follower of Heather's blog for awhile now. I just LOVE watching her progress on her gorgeous Paradise piece she's stitching up. She hosted another giveaway. I won one awhile ago where I received 2 ABSOLUTELY fabulous pieces of dyed fabrics. This time it was for a design from Tilton Crafts. I had never looked at their website. It's similar to HAED type designs. I entered the drawing and WON! I can't believe it. Mom told me maybe I should buy a lottery ticket haha. Here is the one I picked out...
She's called Aquatic Maiden. Yep you all know I need another project! LOL I need to learn to stitch faster. Oh or if I could figure out how to work on 10 projects at the same time at least!

You didn't waste any time choosing your prize! She's lovely. I'm sure you must be a mermaid with all the seaside stitching!

You know, you might think about a lottery ticket, that's another win, and the $250, you're on a roll! Plus good things come in 3s right? :) Congrats again and great choice.

Katie,
Your progress on the cat is looking great and he has a cute face. I think all stitchers have more then one project going and have enough patterns to last a lifetime. :)
