New Start for the New Year

It's the last day of 2016! We got our groceries this morning and stopped at Redbox for some movies. We are staying in for the celebrations. Jeremiah will be on Xbox live with his best friends to celebrate and since they are on central time we will get to countdown twice haha. I got him a fun little strawberry juice so he can have his own toast at midnight of course haha.

Since I finished up the Whimsy's yesterday and it's a new year party time......I think a new start is in order.
Joan Elliot's Salt Water Taffy is the one I couldn't wait to start any longer. I saw this pattern a long time ago and put it on my wishlist. I showed it to mom and sure enough it found it's way under my Christmas tree. This whole design fits in our home decor just perfect of course. My mom's dad just LOVED getting salt water taffy whenever he could. So I'm off to cuddle up with my stitching and watch some movies. I hope everyone has a wonderful New Years Eve doing whatever they want to do. I wish for all of us a fantastic 2017 full of everything that makes us happy.

The perfect gift for you!
We stayed up to see the New Year in. My older son was allowed half a glass of wine to toast it in! The younger one was asleep but woke up at 1am and came looking for me!
