Vacation Day #8

A few years ago we stopped at this dunkin donuts for donuts. They also had an arcade. We found this game where you throw plastic balls at a touch screen to get points. When you get points you win tickets. Then you trade the tickets for little goodies. We love arcades so we decided to check it out again.

The machine was still there...

Unfortunately....I have found out I can't casually play this game. I end up playing like I'm in the national championship. I scream. I play so hard I hurt myself. If only I had this game at home. I think it would count as a work out the way I play it haha. Now my poor arm hurts so bad. We had a blast though. Plus we ended up winning over 500 tickets while we were there playing games. Jeremiah got a little bag full of little goodies to remember our time and how much of a lunatic his mother is haha.

Mom found this show on TV called Wahlbergs. It is about this family. 2 of the brothers are now famous actors Donnie Wahlberg and Mark Wahlberg. They decided to open a string of these restaurants as a family because they have a brother who is a chef. The show follows the family and talks about the behind the scenes type of stuff. She thought it would be fun sometime to eat at the restaurant chain. The original is in Boston, MA but they are slowly spreading to other locations. We heard they had the first one in the Carolina's now here in Myrtle Beach. So we added it to our to do list. Today we ate lunch there...

It was DELICIOUS!!! Probably the best cheeseburger I've ever had. So thankful we found out about it. After we ate the sky was looking really stormy again so we decided to head back to the hotel. Ladies are starting to show up for the retreat since it is starting tomorrow so it was nice to see some of them already. I'm looking forward to stitching with the girls tomorrow. I'll do my best to sneak my blog update in though hopefully.

Hope your arm doesn't hurt to much for the stitching retreat!! Jeremiah's plate is bursting full with food, it's a sign the food must have been a real treat :) Enjoy the retreat! I find time always fly by at the retreats.

Ah, crazy Momma days!
I've never heard of their restaurant, but it doesn't look like there's one near us... yet.

You are seriously competitive! Glad you got some loot to show for the exercise though.
The Walhbergs were in NKOTB, glad their brother can make a decent burger for you all too!
