Nothing like squeezing in an update as I'm trying to head to bed haha. It's been a Monday. But I'm here. I took the weekend off. I was able to finish all the Christmas wrapping on Friday....boy that hurt my back and body. Jeremiah is so spoiled....of course that's my fault but I'll blame Santa haha. Saturday Fred was at a radio event all day so I curled up with my TV and stitching. Decided to get a start on the August fairy for IHSW (International Hermit Stitch Weekend). Got a tiny start Wednesday and a little bit more added Thursday. Here she was for the weekend...
Jeremiah had a gaming marathon Saturday night and ended up staying up till 3am. Which meant I did too. So I got a whopping 8 hour 50 minute day of stitching!!!! I barely moved all day. Only got 2.5k steps haha. Was able to get another 2 hours and 13 minutes Sunday. So here she was at bedtime...
I know!!! Just another hour and she might be finished. But I was TIRED haha. Wonder why? LOL Of course today I was non stop busy so hopefully tomorrow.
4 sleepies till Santa is finally here!!! We can't wait. Have a great week. Love yourself. Love your family. Smile. Hope we all get some stitching goodies delivered. We've all been good haven't we??

What a difference a couple of long stitching days can make! She's looking good and will, I expect, be finished before Christmas.
I'm sure hoping Santa will be good to you - he's said us stitchers don't 'need' any more stash, but seeing as 2020 was a different sort of year he will likely make an exception! ;)
August is another cute stitch and I'm sure you'll have her finished soon! Have a very Merry Christmas!
Wow you really went to town on her! I think Jeremiah might to have more gaming nights. LOL I understand what you mean saying he is spoiled because so is Jacob. We managed to get him the PS5 he wanted to Christmas and he is going to be so happy because we have been telling him it is out of stock all over the place.
Merry Christmas to your and your family Katie!!
Your fairy is looking darling, Katie--I'm amazed that you can sit and stitch that long. 2 hours is about my limit at any given time :) Wishing you and your family a very Merry Christmas--it sounds like Jeremiah will definitely be grinning from ear to ear on Christmas morning :)
Your fairy looks lovely!
How convenient having all that time for stitching.
Ooh, yes, let’s hope we all get stitching goodies for Christmas!
Hugs,

She's adorable! I dream of eight hour stitching days LOL
