Wow this is the last WIPocalypse check in for 2014. Where did the year go? I looked back at my first WIPocalypse check in here. I had so much fun looking back at my previous WIPocalypse posts. This year I did something new. I marked down in a little calendar what I worked on every day. I don't want to keep track of hours but just a per day type of thing. Last night I counted it all up and it was so much fun to see what I've done all year. I will definitely do this again next year. So I'm going to share my totals...
I started 24 new projects. I finished 22 pieces.
The piece I worked on the most was
Cut Thru Pirate Ship by Bothy Threads -- 47 Days
Then it broke down like this...
Advent Animals by Brooke's Books -- 16
Summer
by The Cricket Collection -- 11
Snow Drifters by Stoney Creek -- 11
Dog Wisdom by Bucilla -- 10
Grow
Together by Heaven and Earth Designs (HAED) -- 10
Winter
by The Cricket Collection -- 10
Autumn
by The Cricket Collection -- 10

by Ink Circles -- 8
PALs Exchange Pieces -- 7
2 Sleds from Foxwood Crossings - 7
Hold
on to Hope by Heaven and Earth Designs (HAED) -- 7
Seaside Stitches by Jeannette Douglas Designs -- 5
Ghoul School by Glendon Place -- 5
Let's
go to the Beach by Imaginating -- 5
All
I need is love...and a dog by Rovaris -- 4
Let's
go to the Beach by Imaginating -- 4
Christmas
Snowfriends Banner by Stoney Creek -- 4
Bev's Tin Top -- 4
Forever in my heart by The Sunflower Seed -- 2
Spring Fairy by Joan Elliott -- 2
Mill Hill Kits -- 2
Hug the Dog by The Stitching Bear -- 1
So I've stitched 192 of the days. So weird to count it up like this. So many of those pieces I felt like I worked on for so many more days than I actually did. I sure changed it up a lot this year haha. I'm so happy that 22 projects are off that pile but of course I just keep adding to the pile too haha. I really hope we have WIPocalypse next year. I've just enjoyed this so much. Measi has questions this year too. Let's see what this month's is...Recap your accomplishments for the year! (Your finishes, your final before/after photos, etc).
I just did that. My finishes for the year are all listed under the finishes tab at the top if you would like to check it out. It would take me too long to post before and after photos so I won't do that. It's been a great year of stitching for me. How about you??

Wow! You really went to town with so many finishes and such cute pieces. The cut away pirate ship is wonderful!
Hello Katie
Congrats on all your hard work. It's a great way to keep track x
I love the way you kept track Katie. I might try that next year.
Linda
Oh, wow. I love this idea of keeping track of what I work on for certain days. I will certainly be stealing this idea for next year!
You have many finishes in 2014 !! Congrats !!:)
Good luck for next year too.
I really like your approach to tracking it, which I may need to do. I've been looking for an excuse to buy a cute Kate Spade planner, but it isn't practical for work. Now I know!
All of your finishes are beautiful! I like the idea of noting down the days worked on each project. I might give that a try in 2015.
I like the way you jotted down the pieces you've worked on each day. Like previous comments I might try that too next year. It sure goes to show which are your favourite projects! :)
You had a very productive year! Congrats!
Wow! Your needles were smokin' Congrats on all the lovely finishes.
