After posting my finish for 99 Bottles I pulled out Wish Upon a Starfish.
Here is where I was with it in Feb 2020...
Added some more of the water...
Then I decided to work on the December piece from Year of Celebrations. Just a little start yesterday since we had a busy weekend...
