Nov 17th Monday Update

 Last Monday we hit 1k subscribers on our Flosstube. I can't believe it! What an honor and I just love being a part of that community. Wow.

Tuesday and Wednesday I got back to work on Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive to finish off the November section...

 Wow just one section left!!! November took 4 days and 1,438 stitches. Total now 14,468. Love it so much. After that was finishing I worked on the 2025 Peppermint Purple SAL. She is wrapping up 2025 so we can start 2026 in December. So I added Weeks 45 through 48...

I finished that up Thursday. Friday I had a new start. Rabbit Gnome a Jim Shore Mill Hill kit...

I added an amazing 800 because Fred was gone for Friday for his radio fest. He had a great time. Saturday and Sunday I added 400 to Yggdrasil...

We have a major health issue in our close family. Scary and sad. I have my first colonoscopy this week....fun fun. I'm nervous and just ready for it to be over. Anyway. Please love yourself. Good luck stitching all the things!!
 

Nov 10th Monday Update

 Another Monday. But I attended a fantastic retreat over the weekend. New to me and I had such a great time I booked next year too. Please check out my flosstube for more pictures of the retreat.

Let's see what I worked on last week...

Monday I added 74 more to Hedgehog by Primitive Hare...

 Tuesday and Wednesday I got to work on the November section on Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive...

Can't believe it's just this one and one more left to finish this beautiful piece.

Jeremiah picked me a new start for every day at the retreat. I headed up Wednesday night and it was like I said a fantastic time. Relaxing. Full of friendship. Thursday he picked When I think of Autumn by Puntini Puntini...

I added 426 for Day 1. Friday I started Autumn Quaker by Primrose Cottage...

I'm using the DMC variegated #51. Love it so far. Saturday was Happy Turkey by Imaginating... 

I swapped out the fabric to an evenweave for this one.

Sept 8th Monday Update

Hello anyone still here. Mostly me looking back so Hi me haha. Let's see what I worked on since last week...

 ABCingo is here in Monthly Magazine Challenge and that's the focus this month. 1st was Monday and the letter spun was L Just a note we get 25 picks before the challenge is over. Our boards has 35 spots though. All the letters of the alphabet and 1 - 9 numbers. For the numbers we stitch motifs. An example is a letter counts as a motif. Just depends on the size of the pattern so Carolyn said be smart on picking that haha. Anyway for L I pulled out Little Helpers by Lucie Heaton. It was Day 3 on this one...

Tuesday the letter spun was G. So I excitedly grabbed Noel Gnomes by Jardin Prive. I wondered if I could keep it out and finish it. Tuesday I got 264. Wednesday was an amazing day. I got 1k stitches!!!! I don't know when I did that last. Wednesday 5 was spun so I added 5 areas on Noel Gnomes....Snowflakes,the gnome, the stool he's standing on, the snow, and the tree. Thursday I just needed 100 more to finish it... 

The Halloween one is now screaming to be started. I checked and I have it all kitted up and ready to start. We got a number for Thursday 7. So I added 7 letters to Summer Time by NY Dreamer...

After that I pulled out Peppermint Purple 2025 SAL to add Weeks 35 and 36... 

The upper left two "corner" pieces were this time. Next I got the two square at the top that are empty. I finished the stitching up Friday. Letter P was spun for Friday so after finishing up the Peppermint Purple SAL I pulled out Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive. I wanted to get the September part added. 

634 added Friday. 335 added Saturday which the call was X so put in Xtra Stitches. 283 added Sunday so Zeroed in on a finish haha.

Now it can go away till October. I pulled out Jeremiah's favorite piece Yggdrasil for a bit Sunday... 

So 148 more added at least. Slowly but surely right? Okay another week of ABCingo ahead. I have to get to stitching haha.

Augustu 18th Monday Update

 Where is time going so fast?? Wow How is it August 18th. Another Monday update. So crazy. I'm going totally insane haha. My latest flosstube was just duh haha. Oh well. We know me by now haha.

Monday was a wash out. I hate technology. Of course need it for everything I love doing haha. 

Tuesday finished the August section of Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive...

 

4 months left to do. How?!? I juve love this one. I will actually miss it when it's finished. 

After that I spent time on my loudest screaming WIP. Summer Time by NY Dreamer. I really want to finish this one. So I worked on it Tue, Wed, and Thur. Added 901 across the bottom...

I reluctantly had to put it down. Friday was back to the Extraordinary Birds SAL by Lola Crow. The 2025 SAL. My first to join....

2 more to be released. I am still way behind on Feat 4. That's okay I enjoy every slow slow stitch haha. I'm working on the Cassowary now on the left side. The one cut in half at the moment haha. 

Saturday and Sunday was Yggdrasil. I added 482 more. Finished page 3. Now 4.2% complete haha.  

I also had some haul. On my flosstube I shared my Luminous Fiber Arts Mystery Stitching box I received. Love it all. I also was forced to get the new Mill Hill Jim Shore gnomes...

LOVE THEM!!!

Plus this seasonal Yggdrasil a fellow flosstuber found... 

I also got the new Witchy Stitcher book from Amazon. So a lot of new choices for projects which is completely something I didn't need haha.

August 11th Monday Update

 I'm so behind haha. Plus so busy. Where is time going and why is it going so fast?? Hurry let's get this posted...

 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I worked on Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive. The one I'm doing monthly this year. Two fence posts and all the pretties in the middle. Here it is now after 971 stitches added...

 Not quite done so it will be out soon to be finished off. Just the top of the mast and some little birds flying. 

Thursday was time for a new start for a fellow Flosstubers birthday. We started Little Helpers by Lucie Heaton. Here is what it will look like...

She loves birds as do I so I just had to join in with her start. I added 500 Thursday and then 92 on Saturday at my stitching group... 

Friday was time for Weeks 31 and 32 on Peppermint Purple 2025 SAL...

Also added 118 to the Birds SAL. I'm on Feat 4 still. 3 feats left to be published now.  

Saturday after the stitch day we went to a HOT HOT ren faire but it was a great time. Jeremiah and me show some pics in our latest flosstube.

Sunday was Yggdrasil day and I added 246. Almost done with page 3...

July 7th Monday Update

 Hello anyone here and not on Flosstube. I still definitely would miss the blogworld so I'm updating both places on Mondays. Let's see what I worked on last week...

Monday was Yggdrasil be back to that in a minute.

Tuesday I pulled out Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive. I'm working on this one monthly adding two fence posts and all the stuff around it each month. 27 days in now and finished the July section...

Worked on it Wednesday and Thursday as well. 1,214 and 3 days to finish the July section. 9,266 total now. Love it so much!!!

Thursday after that I pulled out  Rainbow Dragon (Jeremiah spun this from my WIP wheel). 

As I say every single time....Look at those colors!!! Day 36 on her now. Added 172.

Friday was July 4th. Busy weekend and HOT but I pulled out Colorful Eagle by Kitty & Me. 30 added Friday because visitors. Saturday we all went in to our own ACs because the heat so I added 278 more... 

Love this one!!! Need to finish it soon.

Sunday I worked on Yggdrasil again. *Woooo* haha. 173 added Sunday. Only 24 added Monday. So progress at least...

I was also peer pressured ..... enabled..... forced into purchasing some new stash.....like I needed more haha.

The Halloween issue of Just Cross Stitch has an amazing amount of patterns that scream Stitch Me. So I'm going deaf by the loud STITCH ME chants!!! It's horrible.

 

Plans this week. Jeremiah spun Summer Quaker by Primrose Cottage which is fantastic. Peppermint Purple 2025 has two weeks to add. My Long Dog is begging to be started....ALL THE THINGS!!!

June 16th Monday Update

 Hello everyone here still. It was a nice week with 5 WIPs. No starts. No finishes. My hubby made an appearance on our Flosstube today. It was a lot of fun. We had a lot to do this week but I'm going to squeeze in stitching when I can of course. So first let's see what I did last week.

I added the June section to the Along the Nesting Boxes by Jardin Prive. My last monthly requirement haha. 

I've really enjoyed this one this year and I look forward to each new section on it. I have 24 days in and 8,052 stitches now. 32ct Platinum Lugana for this one.

Another 32ct Platinum Lugana piece came out after that one was done...

Added Weeks 23 and 24 to the Peppermint Purple 2025 SAL. Love it!! Except boy it shows how fast the year is flying by. This part was 333. Love the purples.

Next up was a spin from Jeremiah. Colorful Eagle by Kitty & Me. Another one I just love...

I focused on getting his other eye done so now he's staring at me begging to be finished. Soooo close. I think he might just have to come back out soon. 32ct Silver Moon Lugana for this one. 

Next was the Lola Crow Extraordinary Birds SAL. I am close to finishing Feat 2... 

Still behind and I'm okay with that. It is what it is. At least I really enjoy working on it. So that's what matters. 36ct Sandbar from BeStitchMe. 

Last for the week was Yggdrasil (Woooo) by Paine Free Crafts. I added 400 more over the weekend...

 Confetti but soooo beautiful.
