Some Changes

I have some changes to announce. I was hoping to work on another letter from my acrostic today. So last night I started to get things staged.

D - Embers
WIPGO Pick #11
Connection: Dragon
Goal: At least 2 Hours

Then I glanced at my WIPGO board. #11 wasn't even Embers! It's #13. How did I mess that up. #11 is Little Snap Dragon. So I started by fixing that. No problem. D is still in Little Snap Dragon. So I pulled out Little Snap Dragon. I haven't worked on that WIP since I started in January 2016. I'm looking and right in the middle of the fabric is a little stain. I handed it to hubby and without my even pointing it out he seen the spot. We tried to get it out and no luck. I'm not putting any more stitches into it until I get this sorted out. It will probably need a different piece of material. But I have made the decision to take it out of WIP status for now.

So now I need to replace #11 on my WIPGO Board. I had Fred pick from WIP list of 75 on my Goals and SALs tab at the top. He picked #56 Salt Water Taffy. So that has now been put in the spot for #11. Need 2 hours of progress to mark off that square on the board.

So this changes the acrostic too...

D - Salt Water Taffy
WIPGO Pick #11
Connection: Do More on this WIP
Goal: At least 2 Hours

I've also made a change to this one...

W - (Was Wish Upon a Starfish) now Beer Dragon
Connection: Want to Stitch On
Goal: At least 24 Minutes

Beer Dragon was really calling my name and I realized I left it off my acrostic list for the month. So that's not been fixed. I'll be back tomorrow for a proper Monday update.

DUCJC Day 3

Jeremiah picked one of my favorite new pieces today...
This one is called Little Snap Dragon by Kustom Krafts. I've loved this one since I saw it so many years ago. It had been on my wish list forever. When I was at PALs it was on the freebie table. Another friend saw it and wondered if I would like it. Of course I would!! Now it's finally started. Here is where I got today...
I'm doing in on 28ct evenweave called Caribbean Blue. I'm doing it over one. I love it!!! I can't wait to pick it up again after my new starts are over.
