Update

We had our HUGE geocaching camping weekend. It was called Midwest Geobash and boy did we bash. We went up to help out Wednesday nite. This year we volunteered. It's a HUGE job. There were probably around 2,000 there some time over the weekend. Fred had to work Thursday so we went up after he got off work. It was a blast! You never know how many great friends you have till they are all together in one spot. The picture above is our little pirate Jeremiah. He came up during the day to hang out. He had to come home at nite though with mom. It gets a little rowdy. We have an adult area called Area 51. By the morning we all forget what happened LOL. Mom said to someone we did a lot of bending of the elbows which I thought was a cute way to describe it. We came home Sunday and I swear I'm just now getting rested. It takes a lot out of you to camp. Which is funny cause it's relaxing while you're there.

Monday we start Jeremiah's home school. Been spending this week getting organized. Put 4th grade books away. Got out 5th grade. Can you believe that?? 5th Grade!! We are finally ready. Actually we are both getting excited too. His math this year is on the computer. Can't wait to see how that works. It takes up our time but we are glad to be back at it. Even though it means less Playstation time for j and less stitching time for me haha.

Sounds like a fun few days! But tiring!

We just put away the 2nd grade materials and got out 3rd grade. It's just amazing how fast they grow!

And, I was just curious what computer math progam you'll be using. :-)

Hi from Germany,

my son, Fabian, age 10, is wheelchair bound since he fell from a tree two years ago.

It was a very hard time for all of us after Fabians accident. The moment when the doctor told us, that Fabian is paralyzed and the moment when we must told him that he never walk again, was so terrible. Especially terrible was the day, when Fabian got his first wheelchair. I still cry when I saw him sitting in his wheelchair at the first time. But Fabian is so brave! I am so proud of him.

Since his accident Fabian visits a school for special needs kids. All other kids in his class are disabled, too. The most kids must use a wheelchair, tree kids can walk with a walker / quad canes.

Every Saturday Fabian visits a sport group for children in wheelchairs. Two hours they play together in their wheelchairs. It is so funny for the kids. Visit

Two month ago he got a new “Spidermann”-wheelchair. If you are interest I will send you a photo of him in his new wheelchair.

Pherhaps you can put some updates about Jeremiah.

Best wishes
