Easter Treasure Hunt Blog Hop

I joined in another wonderful Jo inspired blog hop. This one is an Easter Treasure Hunt Blog Hop!! We are to hop along the list of blogs and make a fun saying from all the letters collected. I've enjoyed every one of these hops I've participated in. It's a fun way to see so many different blogs. So if this is your first time hopping by my blog let me take a moment to say Welcome!

I'm Katie. I'm a stay at home mother of a wonderful boy named Jeremiah. I lucky enough to be happily married to my soul mate Fred. You guessed it I love cross stitching. I've loved blogging about my hobby forever it seems haha. I always wanted to keep a diary and just never would stick with it. This one has been in my life since 2007!! So guess I found something that worked. I tend to write my blog like I'm having a conversation with a stitching friend.

I love stitching all types of different patterns (as you can see in my last post). I love Heaven and Earth Designs since I'm a major fantasy fanatic. I also tend to do a lot of beach/nautical things. I'm a work on whatever I want whenever I want type of person. Probably why I have two tubs of WIPs to pick from haha. We also love to travel and I post about that when I'm not posting about my stitching. Hope you enjoy your visit and maybe I'll pick up a few new friends along the way.

Let's get to why you're here the letter you are supposed to collect...
And we're also supposed to share a Spring/Easter type of design we have stitched up...
I did this little freebie from Kreinik in March 2011 for a Spring Exchange. The only problem when I finished it up I liked it so much I ended up keeping it haha. When I think of Spring I think of all the new baby animals being born and rain. This momma bird is busy keeping her eggs dry. I changed a lot of things to make the design mine including making the rain all beads. I ended up doing another piece for the exchange in case you were wondering haha.

The next blog on the hop is http://alaskawolfpack.blogspot.co.uk/ So off you go. Thanks for hopping by!
