Home Safe

We did arrive safely home Tuesday. It was the alternator. We even found a dealer that was covered under the extended warranty so the cost was a lot less than it would have been. The dealership delivered our van back to the hotel even for us. So Tuesday we hit the road and made it home around 3pm. It was a long day but we were home.

Now I'm buried under laundry like the picture on the right haha. Plus my poor DVR is going to explode from all the recorded shows while I was gone. Which is good....means lots of stitching time. Yesterday I started the October Year of Whimsy. I'm hoping to continue the tend and squeeze in the finish before the month ends.

Thank you so much for all the comments during my travels. It was so much fun to share with everyone. Plus I love being able to look back and see what we've done each year and each trip. I'm way behind on emails and blog reading. Hopefully I'll have time to spend soon but I want to get my October piece done first.

Glad you're all home safe, but do you need me to throw you a lifeline? Don't want to lose you to the laundry monster! Enjoy your stitching time.

Glad you're all back home and the car is fixed too :)
Have fun with the laundry, stitching and catching up on all your TV's favourites!

Glad that you made it home, and that the repairs were not exorbitantly expensive! Regarding the laundry, I know your pain... I am caught up EXCEPT for the bedding in the spare bedroom... but eventually I shall get around to it! Look forward to seeing more stitching here! Hugs!

Welcome home! Glad you have a good trip, watch out for the socks at the bottom of that pile, they become feral if left for too long LOL
