Vacation Day #15

May the 4th Be With you!!!

What better place to be than Hollywood Studios. Jeremiah woke up early this morning with a smile on his face like it was Christmas morning. Today we were surrounded by fellow Star Wars geeks and Star Wars things to do how perfect.
Jeremiah actually asked for some things at the Star Wars store today. He never asks for anything so this was shocking. He got an awesome zipper sweater that looks like Boba Fett's armor. Another shirt that was a special for today being in the park. He also got some stuffed things and some cool cars. Oh and a cool pair of pants with R2D2 all over them. I was glad he finally asked for some things and he was sure one happy kiddo all day. Every time I looked at him he had a big smile on his face. Even bigger than normal.
Jeremiah said he wanted to try Star Tours today. It's a moving 3D simulator ride like you are in a Star Wars ship. He was really nervous the first time but then was hooked. We ended up riding on it 3 times today. He said it's his new favorite ride. I'm glad he got up the nerve to try some new things.
We got in trouble with another Storm Trooper today. So I said Wait and pulled out what I thought was a storm trooper to show him we cared. Evidently a Clone Trooper isn't the same as a Storm Trooper. So we got a funny video of how disgusted the Storm Trooper was at me haha. Oh well. I'm just a geek's mom ya know not an official Star Wars Geek myself. I try really hard though. It's way too much information but I listen I really do.
We also got to meet Olaf from Frozen. So cute!!

We had yet another delicious meal with a ridiculous dessert and our feet demanded we call it quits. I love Disney more than anything in the world. It's the best place to visit with Jeremiah. It seems there is nothing he can't do here. The experience has been amazing and Jeremiah said how thankful he was for his dreams to come true for a 5th time now at Disney World. 6 if you count the one time at Disney Land in California. It's a dream come true type of experience for all of us. Fred flies home tomorrow so please send thoughts/prayers his way for a safe trip.

The 3 of us (Mom, Jeremiah, and Me) are heading to another place to explore. Clearwater, Florida. I know one thing I need time to rest my feet. They hurt so bad!! The only bad thing about Disney.....all the walking. Ouch! But it's totally WORTH it.

That is an amazing day out! I am so pleased that Jeremiah enjoyed it so much too. It can be hard when they are teenagers and don't get so excited like little kids any more! Or when they feel they can't join in with the other kids running about.
