We moved over to Hershey, PA today. It was only 15 mins from where we was but we went ahead and moved hotels while we were at it. Our stop today was Hershey World...
This is the largest company owned welcome center. 4.9 million people visit a year. It was so much fun! There was a free tour where you ride this little car type ride. It takes you step by step through a factory to show how chocolate is made from the bean to the candy bar. We really enjoyed it plus best part at the end of the tour you got free snack size Hershey bars. There was a cute 4D experience that was like a fun mystery cartoon. It was 3D but the seat shook and they sprained water on us a few times so that makes it 4D. We also did a Tasting experience. We learned more about the different types of chocolate and how to taste the differences. Best part again was the different chocolate we got to taste. We also took a trolley tour around Hershey and learned the history of Mr Hershey himself. He was an amazing guy and did a lot to help orphans and school age children. We were given several different candies and at the end a full size Hershey bar. I kept saying I'm pretty sure I found heaven haha. I love chocolate especially Hershey. Even the more expensive chocolate we got to taste at the tasting I didn't like as much as the plain yummy Hershey.
It was a fun delicious day. Now tomorrow we are moving to Gettysburg. It's a little over an hour from here. Jeremiah will be happy to learn more about the Civil War.

Sounds like a fun trip...especially the tasting part of it! :)
We always have fun going there, I'm so glad you all enjoyed it! The shopping is always an adventure, so much temptation.
Hershey is one American treat I have tasted... what a great visit.
What a yummy day!!
