Okay Better Post

Well sorry I was in a really bad mood last post. Guess what...I'm better! Let's see...

Jeremiah got all better. It was a few days after I left but still he's better. The follow up dentist appointment was pushed back a little bit so he can heal a little more before we do the next little bit of treatment he has left. Izzy goes in Wednesday. It will be hard but I know it's the right thing to do. My van got towed today. Yep it's going to be $600 but Fred (hubby) got a bonus while we were gone so it will cover the payment for that.

The trip to Myrtle Beach was FANTASTIC. Everything I needed. Fred and I had the best time and I was so thankful to spend the time with him. Plus I went to the PALs Retreat and had a really great time with several ladies I just love so much.

I always look so short but I guess my 5'5 just doesn't measure up to his 6'7 haha. One bad thing happened while we were gone. My aunt passed away. Unfortunately it wasn't a surprise just sooner than we thought. I was thinking I would miss the funeral because of our trip but a delay made it so I was able to be home for it. I was so thankful to be home to support my family.

Now I love traveling but I gotta admit I'm so glad to be home and get back into the swing of things. We are starting Jeremiah's book lessons tomorrow. We got a new curriculum we assembled ourselves and I'm really excited. The boxed sets were just getting boring and not as much fun as I wanted them to be. We pieced together a great set of books this year. Just a hodgepodge of this and that but it really looks fun and exciting. I've been doing a lot of cleaning and organizing and I plan to do a ton more. I need to get my hoarding under control before I make it on TV haha. I'm trying to smile and remember life likes to throw stuff at us but it could always be worse. I just gotta love life and try each day to do a little better than I did the day before.

Oh I've also been stitching. I've been concentrating on my Halloween Fright Night Friends SAL and Thankful Critters by Imaginating. I keep getting excited about what projects I could be working on but these two are the focus right now. Here is where I am right now...

So that sure looks like a better post. Thanks for listen to me whine in the last one though.
