Sunday was time for a WIPocalypse check in. This fun blog SAL has one purpose. For us to finish all our projects before the end of the world. Don't worry this will never happen...by that I mean us finish our projects not the end of the world haha. I like to use this SAL as a reason to keep track of what I've been on out of all my many many WIPs that I have. So let's see what's been going on since my last check in May 29th.
August Snapshot -- 7 Days of Progress. Here it was last check in...
Here it is now all finished up...
Durene Jones June Calendar Piece -- 4 Days of Progress. Started and finished this cutie...
Spring Bell Pull -- Few Hours in One Day of Progress. Here I was last time...
Here it is now...
14 days of no stitching. We've just been busy busy. Getting our cabin ready and also our mini vacation we just took to Michigan. Measi also gives us cool questions to get to know each other a little better.
Question of the Month – Tell us what you think the ideal stitching retreat would include. I've been to several awesome retreats. I like them all but my ideal retreat would be a lazy retreat. My local group has small retreats where we rent a cabin. We stay in our PJs the whole time. It's perfect. The last few we've had they even changed the rules and the people who own the camp have to cook our food for us. Even better. No cooking. No getting dressed and going in public. Just stitch stitch stitch all night and all day.
See ya next check in. Hope I can get more progress to share.

Great progress Katie...Love your Spring bell pull. x
Great stitching this month and you managed to get in two finishes! That sounds like a great retreat; a relaxing pajama weekend with a bunch of friends!
Love that retreat idea, Katie :) And June was a most successful month of stitching for you--that August finish is darling :)
I always enjoying seeing your projects, Katie. They're so bright and cheerful :) Good job!
Nice work this month. Your lazy retreat sounds like great fun. I'm borrowing Stephanie's transporter and coming too!
The sunbather on the snapshot made me smile.
Gosh, that retreat sounds amazing. I would feel so productive and lazy at the same time haha. The beachy snapshot look cute all finished.
14 days of no stitching, oh my! But you had great progress prior to that.
Having them cook for your group... sounds wonderful!
Not bad, considering everything else you've accomplished in the last month! :)
Love all your projects! I like your stitching retreat:)
You have been able to stitch a lot considering how busy you have been with the cabin :)
Such cute finishes and great progress. I love seeing your projects!
